A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event.
Travel Policy
Travel fees may apply depending on the distance from our headquarters. Please inquire for specific rates to your location.

Orders require a minimum total consumption of $700 and a guest count of at least 10 people.
Tax & Gratuity
Prices for the Sushi Buffet include tax. 20% gratuity is appreciated for our service staff.

Ichiban provides the chef station, equipment, fresh ingredients, and on-site food preparation and service for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and private gatherings across Denver and Colorado.
Looking for a private sushi chef rather than a buffet? Our chefs also host intimate omakase dinners in your home — a seated, course-by-course experience where the chef prepares each piece in front of you and your guests. It is a different pace from event catering: smaller gatherings, a chef's-choice progression built around the best fish available that week, and time to talk with the chef as each course lands. Omakase dinners are our Chef's Special offering, priced at market rate based on the menu we design with you. Everything is included — the chef, equipment, ingredients, and cleanup — the same way as our catering service.
