Client must provide a safe, level, and compliant area for service.
The Company may refuse or stop service if the site is unsafe or violates regulations. No refunds are issued if service cannot proceed due to unsuitable conditions.
Must be requested 72+ hours in advance and subject to availability.
Company may relocate service indoors, reschedule, or offer a partial refund depending on prep work. Failure to provide access or presence results in full forfeiture.
Company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside its control (weather, disasters, power outages, government restrictions, emergencies, etc.). Company may modify or reschedule the event without penalty.
Client is responsible for: Damage caused by guests, damage to Company equipment, and hazards or unsafe site conditions.
Company is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from alcohol, unsafe premises, or failure to follow instructions. Maximum liability is limited to the total event fees paid.
Client agrees to:
Unless opted out in writing, Client allows Company to take photos or recordings for marketing purposes. Personal data will not be shared without consent.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against claims arising from negligence, misconduct, unsafe conditions, or rule violations. This obligation survives the event.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Any disputes will be handled in Denver County, Colorado.
